We are unable to give refunds for cancellations.
Rules and Notices
WINTER/INCLEMENT WEATHER ARRIVALS: 4-WHEEL DRIVE AND CHAINS
ARE SUGGESTED! However, our inn is in a valley and has
excellent access from I-40 and all the roads are state
maintained except for 1/10 mile on Middle Creek, which is flat.
We are on a major state road with level terrain 3 miles from I-40 (Exit 440)
Absolutely NO
PETS. We do have limited pet availability at some
cabins. Please ask for details.
NO unregistered Guests or visitors will be allowed at Whisperwood Farm at any time. Please make arrangements to meet friends at some other location (such as a restaurant, attraction, etc.)

CHECK-IN TIME is 3PM to 6PM.
If you must arrive later than 6PM, please call us for special arrangements. CHECK-OUT IS
by 11AM on your day of departure.
